Store Policy

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-3 days for processing before your order is shipped. Pre orders please allow 7-14 business day’s or more for delivery.

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.  In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Pictures must be taken immediately and sent to prettybabybeautys@gmail.com to be deemed defective.

Color of items may vary from different phone screens and computer screen viewing, please keep that in mind when purchasing.
